It also leases and develops land in partnership with its Shareholder (TKC) and various other strategic stakeholders. Other business activities include overseeing operating companies and negotiating future potential opportunities. Da Daghay Development Corporation (DDDC), was incorporated in 1989 and is owned by the second largest land owner in Whitehorse, its sole shareholder, the Ta’an Kwach’an Council (TKC). “The Ta’an Kwach’an take their name from Taa’an Man (Lake Laberge) in the heart of their traditional territory”.
